I’ve watched this play out hundreds of times

The people who did best weren’t the ones with the most aggressive lawyers.

I’m Abigail Morehouse, a family law attorney. For years, my job was sitting across the table from people navigating some of the hardest moments of their lives — divorce, asset wars, custody battles, co-parenting with someone who seemed determined to make every interaction a fight.

The pattern was always the same. It was never about who was more reasonable, or who had the stronger case. It came down to who could stay steady — who could respond on purpose instead of reacting in the moment — and who got pulled into the other side’s chaos and paid for it later, in court, in the outcome, in their own peace of mind.

They were the ones who had a system — a way of knowing which battles mattered, which messages deserved a response and which didn’t, and how to make decisions that would hold up months later, not just feel good in the moment.

I built Strategy Over Chaos™ because that system shouldn’t only be available to people who can afford hours of attorney time to learn it one conversation at a time.

Four frameworks. One system.

Every decision in this case runs through the same four questions.

Learn them once and you stop guessing. They work in order — and they work at 11pm when your phone lights up and nobody is there to tell you what to do.

01

Courtroom Filter™

“Does this matter to the decision the court actually has to make?”

Separates what feels important from what is legally significant, so you know how much attention, evidence, money, and energy something actually deserves. Not everything that matters to you matters to your case.

02

Strategy Decision Matrix™

“Which response improves my position rather than simply satisfying my reaction?”

Once you know an issue matters, this is how you choose what to do about it — respond, document, address through counsel, negotiate, wait, or escalate. The strongest response isn’t always the biggest response.

03

Pattern Principle™

“Is this an incident — or evidence of a pattern that matters?”

Repeated behavior carries more weight than isolated incidents. This teaches you to recognize, document, and present the patterns that move a case instead of fighting every frustrating event on its own.

04

Credibility Pyramid™

“What are my choices teaching the court about me?”

The hierarchy of behaviors that build or destroy credibility in family court. Your credibility is built through patterns, not promises — and it is the single asset you carry into every hearing.

Real stories from people who’ve been there

“I just stopped letting every interaction control what I did next.”

“

I almost didn’t buy it because I figured it would be the same generic divorce advice I’d already seen online. It wasn’t. This actually helped! Highly recommend!

— Dillon
“

My ex didn’t suddenly become easier to deal with. I just stopped letting every interaction control what I did next. Having a framework to run decisions through has made me feel much more prepared and much less reactive.

— Sarah
“

Before I started Strategy Over Chaos, I was sending my attorney every screenshot, calling about every argument, and constantly checking in to see if I was doing things right. After going through this, I realized how much time and money I was wasting on things that probably weren’t moving my case forward.

— Paige
“

I thought I was doing it right. After this, I was actually feeding the conflict. I had no clue! Now I know what to spend my energy on and what I can ignore. Major shift in my divorce case and the judge loved me by the end.

— Sylvia
“

I thought I needed a better way to fight my ex. What I actually needed was a better way to make decisions. Strategy Over Chaos completely changed how I’m approaching my case.

— Mark
“

I used the Text Playbook constantly, and the book became something I kept coming back to — like a guide I couldn’t put down.

Before you buy

The questions people ask first.

Is this legal advice?

No. Strategy Over Chaos™ is educational content built from years of experience in family law, but it isn’t a substitute for legal advice from your own attorney.

Do I need to live in Idaho to use these products?

Not at all. While Abigail is a licensed Idaho attorney, Strategy Over Chaos™ frameworks are built around communication and decision-making strategies that apply broadly to high-conflict co-parenting situations, regardless of where you live or where your case is filed.

Who is this for?

Anyone navigating a high-conflict co-parenting relationship — whether you’re mid-divorce, post-decree, or somewhere in between — and dealing with a co-parent who makes communication and decision-making feel like a constant battle.

What’s the difference between the products?

Each one solves a different problem: the Text Playbook gives you ready-to-send responses for hard conversations, the book teaches the mindset behind the whole system, the Courtroom Filter helps you make fast, confident decisions, and the Operating System workbook ties every framework together into one repeatable system.

Can I upgrade later if I start with a smaller product?

Yes. Many people start with the Text Playbook or the book and move up the ladder as their situation evolves.
